CVTrader primarily operates as a marketplace and information platform. Unless clearly stated otherwise, vehicle availability, pricing, specifications, payment arrangements, inspections, logistics, delivery, and transaction documents remain the responsibility of the relevant buyer and seller.

User responsibilities

• Respect applicable laws, sanctions rules, trade controls, and industry requirements

Dealer and listing conduct

Sellers and dealers are expected to publish accurate, current, and commercially appropriate listing information. CVTrader reserves the right to remove misleading, prohibited, or low-quality content and to restrict accounts that damage platform trust.

No guarantee of transaction outcome

CVTrader does not guarantee transaction completion, payment recovery, delivery performance, or the condition of any listed asset. Independent inspection, contract review, and commercial verification remain important for material purchases.
